Throttle arm / adapter for Yamaha/Parsun remote control "model 703" where "push to throttle" must be used in the engine end.
"Push to throttle" is common used on 2-strokes produced after 2006 and all newer 4-strokes that's using mechanical shift/throttle cables of C2 type.
